On 11th July 2018, Hindutva extremists stopped the evangelist and believers in doing the ministry in Dulpahari Village, Dumka District of Jharkhand.

A local evangelist and believers went to share the gospel in a van to Dulpahari village. When they started to preach the gospel, few hindutva extremists along with villagers came and opposed them; and stopped them and warned with dire consequences.

The hindutva extremists confiscated the van and they did not allowing them to leave the place and asking them to pay Rs.50000/- for releasing the van.Later Christians were dragged to Shikaripara police station and were charged with the section 295 (A) and 34 of IPC and section 4 of Anti-conversion law act.
