A group of religious extremists conducted a community meeting in Khaprikene village in Nagpur, Maharashtra where they falsely accused Christian priests of converting people’s religion by force and allurement. The villagers who had attended the meeting prohibited the entry of pastors and Christian leaders in the village, influenced by the meeting.
