Prayer services disrupted and asked to take prior permission to hold prayers in church in Tamil Nadu

A group of 15 Hindutva extremists came to a church situated in Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu, disrupted the prayer services and forcefully took him to the police station. Although he showed the police all the relevant documents relating to his church, the police asked him to obtain permission from the local Panchayat to hold prayer services.
